Gymnastics Stages 1 & 2

Get ready to jump, roll, balance and tumble!

Our Gymnastics programme is an exciting and progressive way for children and young people to develop their gymnastics skills, build confidence and challenge themselves – all while having lots of fun!

Gymnasts work within their relevant Stage group, allowing them to learn at the right level for their age, ability and experience. As their confidence and skills grow, they’ll work towards new techniques, combinations and increasingly exciting challenges.

A fun and energetic introduction to gymnastics! Children will explore the foundations of gymnastics through jumping, rolling, balancing, travelling and basic shapes and skills. Sessions are designed to build coordination, strength, flexibility and confidence while developing a real love for gymnastics.

With plenty of opportunities to learn new skills, achieve personal milestones and celebrate progress, every session gives gymnasts something new to work towards.

Whether they're mastering a skill for the very first time or taking on their next big challenge, our Gymnastics Stages are all about growing in confidence, developing great technique and experiencing that amazing feeling of “I DID IT!”
