TERMS & CONDITIONS
Our school’s Rules/Terms and Conditions are designed to enhance learning and enjoyment of experience and help maximise students’ full potential.

Registration Form & Personal Details
A full registration form must be completed for every child who attends classes, holiday clubs or other events.
It is the parent / guardian’s responsibility to keep this updated, or inform Inspirations of any changes to the information provided on the registration form.
(This includes but is not limited to; any changes to contact details, emergency contact, medical information, etc.)
Please notify Inspirations of any medical issues or learning difficulties that may affect your child’s learning, however big or small it should be. This can help us to help them.
Payment
Bookings are termly (costs for each class varies dependent on the length of term).
Payment must be made prior to the term commencing.
Any late payments will incur a surcharge of 10% of the term cost.
Uniform
Students are expected to wear their Inspirations uniform to all classes.
(This does not include holiday clubs, school clubs or trial classes).
Late Pick-Up Fees
All parent’s and guardian’s are expected to arrive promptly at the end of classes. We recommended parents arriving at least 5 minutes before the end of their scheduled class.
Any late pick-ups will result in a surcharge fee, which is to be paid within 14 days of invoice.
- If a child is more than 5 minutes late being picked-up, parents/guardian will be invoiced a late pick-up fee of £5.
- If a child is collected 10-15 minutes late, a late pick-up fee of £10 will be charged.
- If a child is collected more than 15 minutes late, a late pick-up fee of £15 will be charged.
- If a child is collected more than 25-30 minutes late, a late pick-up fee of £25 will be charged.
Discounts
We offer a variety of different discount options, including a multiple class discount and sibling discounts.
Please contact our office directly for more information on eligible discounts.
Safeguarding
All of our classes are drop-off classes (unless otherwise stated).
- Parents or guardians are not permitted to stay or wait within venue’s (unless specified otherwise in the class description).
Refund Policy
(Including Cancellation Policy)
All class fees are non-refundable.
- Failure to Attend: No refunds can be given if your child is unable to attend a class.
- Class Cancellation (Parent/Guardian) If your child no longer wishes to attend their class which they are booked in for, then they may switch to another suitable class (with agreement of Inspirations). No refunds can be processed (unless in extreme/exceptional circumstances).
- Class Cancellation (Inspirations): If Inspirations cancels a class due to circumstances out of our control, all students will be offered another suitable alternative class or club.
If a pupil has a long-term illness or injury, fees may be refunded at the Principal’s discretion. This does not include minor illness (or holidays taken during the term)
The school will not be held responsible for classes cancelled for circumstances beyond the School’s control. If it is necessary to cancel a class due to adverse weather conditions, or venue/school cancellations, class fees cannot be refunded however alternative suitable classes will be offered.
Teachers & Timetabling
Please note that classes may be subject to a change of teacher, at any time, due to varying circumstances.
The timetable may be subject to change within the academic year. Parents/Guardian’s will be informed of any changes which is directly relevant to their child.
Student Expectations:
We expect all students to:
- respect all teaching staff;
- treat all other pupils as you would wish to be treated yourself;
- come to every class with a positive attitude;
- always ask for help if you need it;
- consistently try your best;
- wear correct uniform and footwear;
- ensure hair is neat and tidy.
Examinations:
Examinations will either take place In-Person, or as a Recorded Examination. Examinations are not compulsory, but they are highly encouraged.
Recorded Examinations will involve your child’s examination being recorded, and sent to the exam association for adjudication purposes.
By completing our Terms and Conditions and registering to Inspirations examinations, I give my consent that in the circumstance of your child’s exam taking place as Recorded that their examination will be filmed and used by the exam association (and Inspirations) for adjudication purposes only.
Parents / Guardians are not permitted to attend (or view if recorded) external examinations.
Show – Photography / Videography
We will be having a photographer and videographer filming and photographing our Show (such as Summer and/or Christmas Shows), which will be used for Inspirations purposes.
There is NO filming or photography permitted by spectators.
By booking into the show I confirm that I give consent for photography and videography of my child.
Lost Property
Students are responsible for their own property and bring items at their own risk. Inspirations School of Performing Arts does not accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen.
We highly encourage and recommend for all items to be named and labelled.
Outdoor Classes
If an outdoor class or outdoor holiday club is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions then we will either re-schedule this for another suitable time, or offer your child an alternative class.
GDPR & Data Protection:
We may use your data to contact you in relation to;
· News updates about the school
· Information relating to lessons/exams/show details
· Invoicing
· Emergency notifications (such as changes to planned lessons, cancellations etc.)
· Records of invoices paid and outstanding (and any agreed payment terms)
· Any other information relevant to the school and your/ your child’s lessons and progress.
In addition, we will use any data relating to medical conditions to ensure that we are able to provide a safe environment for you/your child.
By ticking yes to Marketing you agree to:
· Inspirations School of Performing Arts sending information that is relevant to you/your child's dance education by phone, email, text and written communication.
· Inspirations School of Performing Arts holding and processing data in relation to your/your child’s medical condition.
